Program Overview
Participants commit to a structured discipleship program designed to foster spiritual, personal, and practical growth.
Each individualized program typically lasts six to twelve months and includes:
- Daily Bible study
- Structured discipleship classes
- Participation in the Overcomers program
- Additional approved educational courses
- Personal mentoring
- Accountability
- Character development
- Christian fellowship
- Worship services
Program Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate a sincere commitment to personal change and the work required for lasting transformation.
Program requirements include:
- Commitment to spiritual and personal growth.
- Full-time employment whenever possible. Staff maintain relationships with local employers and staffing agencies to assist participants in obtaining employment.
- Faithful attendance at Remnant Fellowship worship services, Bible studies, fellowship activities, and service opportunities.
- Applicants must enter the program sober and satisfy all admission requirements.
- Compliance with all applicable probation, parole, and legal requirements.
- Active participation in mentoring and accountability throughout the program.
- Successful completion of the individualized discipleship program.
The Remnant Disciple Center maintains positive working relationships with the Fourth Judicial District Department of Corrections, local employers, and community organizations to help participants successfully transition back into the community.
Lighthouse Housing
We can house up to 20 men at one time between the three houses.
The Remnant Disciple Center currently operates three Lighthouse residences that provide separate housing accommodations for both men and women participating in the program.
